10 Liter Vertical Sand Mill
TVM-10 is a compact, entry-level Vertical Sand Mill with a 10L chamber and 10 HP motor, ideal for lab-scale and pilot-batch grinding trials.
15 Liter Vertical Sand Mill
TVM-15 features a 15L chamber, 15 HP motor, and FENNER pulley drive, delivering consistent 2- 5 L output for small to mid-size production batches.
25 Liter Vertical Sand Mill
TVM-25 offers a 25L chamber and a 25HP motor with a heavier impeller set, providing higher throughput of 2-6 Ltr for mid-scale industrial batches.
30 Liter Vertical Sand Mill
TVM-30 is the flagship model, built with a 30 HP motor, dynamic gap separator, and AODD pump for continuous, high-volume industrial production at 3-7 Ltr output.
It suits plants with limited floor space and small to mid-size batches. The upright design also makes it easy to top up beads from above.
It is pumped in at the bottom and rises past the agitator discs. Ground material leaves at the top through the separator.
Zirconium silicate or zirconia beads are the usual pick for paints and inks. Choose the size by your target fineness, since finer beads grind finer but flow slower.
It handles low to medium viscosity products well. For very thick pastes, thin the mix a little or ask us about a stronger motor and agitator.
Flush the chamber with a compatible solvent or water and drain it fully. If the lid lifts, you can reach the agitator for a quick wipe-down.
