The anchor scraper runs slowly and keeps the walls clean, so nothing bakes onto the side and heat spreads evenly through the batch. The disperser runs fast, tearing apart pigments, resins, and fillers. Then there's the third shaft; this one changes with the job. Need to lift thick material? Use a screw. Working with something gentler but still high-viscosity? Butterfly blade. Need fine dispersion? Emulsifier. Got a tall tank that needs better circulation? A multi-layer inclined blade does that.
