Ask anyone who's stood beside a grinding line at the end of a long shift. They'll tell you the same thing: the mill either behaves or it doesn't. Ours behaves, and that's what MachineValley is truly proud of.
MachineValley's C-Series Horizontal Sand Mill variant is built with a 20-liter grinding chamber for smaller production runs. It delivers the same efficient bead separation and cooling performance, suited to limited floor space.
This Machine offers 30-liter grinding chamber, making it well suited for mid-scale production of coatings, inks, and chemical dispersions.
Our Horizontal Sand Mill offers a 60-liter grinding chamber, built for mid-scale industrial production where consistent output and higher batch volumes matter. It handles a wide range of viscosities for steady production runs.
MachineValley C-series is the flagship model in Horizontal Sand Mill line, featuring a 100-liter grinding chamber engineered for continuous, high-volume industrial production.
It handles higher volumes and runs for long stretches without a stop. The closed chamber also keeps solvent loss low.
Most mills run at about 70 to 85 percent fill. Too little media grinds slowly, and too much raises the load on the motor.
Keep the flushing liquid flowing and check the seal face for leaks during routine rounds. Running dry is the quickest way to damage it.
Raise the cooling water flow or lower the agitator speed. A chiller on the jacket line helps with heat-sensitive products.
Often one or two passes are enough. If it falls short, recirculate the product through the mill until the Hegman reading hits your target.
