This high-speed mixing Kettle/Reactor is a Stainless Steel Vacuum Dissolver, built for emulsion paints, inks, pigments, and other materials up to 8500 cps. A heating/cooling jacket and VFD-driven dispersion come standard, with bridge or flange tank mounting for batch sizes from 500L to 8000L.

500 kg batch, 400 L usable volume, 800 mm vessel. The 11 kW motor runs 0–1450 rpm, an enough range to dial in fine dispersion on small paint, ink, and coating batches without a bigger footprint than the job needs.
