A Continuous Sand Mill never waits for a batch to finish. Material goes in at one end and comes out finely ground at the other. MachineValley builds it for plants that would rather keep production flowing than stop and restart

MachineValley's C-Series Continuous Sand Mill variant is built with a 20-liter grinding chamber for smaller production runs. It delivers the same efficient bead separation and cooling performance, suited to limited floor space.
This Machine offers 30-liter grinding chamber, making it well suited for mid-scale production of coatings, inks, and chemical dispersions.
Our machine offers a 60-liter grinding chamber, built for mid-scale industrial production where consistent output and higher batch volumes matter. It handles a wide range of viscosities for steady production runs.
MachineValley flagship model in Sand continuous Mill line, featuring a 100-liter grinding chamber engineered for continuous, high-volume industrial production.
A feed pump sends premix into the chamber at a steady rate. Ground product leaves through the separator at the outlet, so the mill never has to stop between loads.
Mostly through the feed rate. A slower flow keeps the product in the chamber longer, which gives a finer grind.
It should be fully wetted out and free of lumps, or the pump and separator can clog. A disperser upstream usually takes care of this.
It works best on long runs of the same product. If you change colors often, plan a solvent flush at each changeover.
Yes, you can route the output back to the feed tank and keep circulating until the Hegman reading hits your target. Many plants use a two-tank setup to do this.
